Juno Awards increases Simple Plan sales in 180%

The financial website Yahoo Canada posted a very interesting article about the increased sales that Juno Awards caused. According to them, the artists who attended the event, also those who actually played, or those receiving awards were only significantly increased the number of sales of their albums and singles also the digital versions. Some of the artists benefit from this “Juno Effect” were Nickelback, Feist and mainly Simple Plan!
According to the website, the digital sales of the Single Summer Paradise grew by 182%, meaning that the representation of the band in the industry grows further, which can lead to a more packed schedule of shows around the world! This effect is known from various festivals, especially at the Grammys, VMAs (MTV) and also in the film industry as the Oscar and Golden Globe.
